Thanks to everyone who came to Dempsey's Pub for last night's Sweet Charity! With your help, we will be donating $1,820 to Team For Kids. Yay!!

- the number of miles in a marathon!

And, it's also the day in June that we all get together to show support for 2 Sweet Charity veterans -- Alicia MAZurek & Anna Chai -- who are running the 2008 NYC Marathon to raise money for Team For Kids.

There's talk of making it a real drink-athon . . . Are you up for 26.2 fluid ounces?

We're thinking Thursday, June 26th -- that way, folks heading out-of-town can still attend your favorite monthly charity event :)

I am pleased to announce that we raised $1274 for "Feed The Kids." Plus, 6 boxes of cereal and a dozen cans of vegies! Those funds will be matched, thanks to one of our generous supporters, and so City Harvest will get a cool $2500!
